Project Overview

RecruitEase Pro is a modern AI-powered recruitment and hiring platform built to streamline large-scale hiring workflows for recruiters, HR teams, staffing agencies, and enterprises. The platform centralizes candidate management, AI-assisted screening, coding assessments, interview automation, recruiter collaboration, and operational hiring pipelines into a unified multi-tenant system. The platform includes AI-powered resume parsing, transcript analysis, candidate scoring, realtime recruiter dashboards, coding interview environments, AI-assisted proctoring systems, and automated evaluation workflows. Recruiters can manage hiring pipelines, candidate progression, assessments, scheduling, and collaboration workflows through role-based operational dashboards. A major engineering focus was designing scalable asynchronous AI processing pipelines using Celery workers, Redis-backed queues, and FastAPI services capable of handling resume parsing, transcript generation, coding evaluation, AI proctoring analysis, and automated candidate scoring without blocking user-facing systems. The platform also supports Google Drive/Dropbox for resume parsing, realtime candidate activity tracking, coding compiler integrations for technical assessments, and scalable Kubernetes-based infrastructure for production-grade deployment and operational reliability.
